Mariner Construction LLC was established in 2005 by Brad Kalota. What started as a one man operation has grown to include a team of talented carpenters, painters, and a dedicated group of subcontractors. Most work is performed on Seabrook Island, SC, while still able to accommodate clients throughout the Charleston area. If you ask Brad how his day is going, his usual response is, “It’s another beautiful day on the barrier islands!”
